Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Image to Video AI at imagestovideoai.com (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Image to Video AI is an independent platform that turns a still image and a text prompt into an AI-generated video clip, with options for different AI models, resolutions up to 4K, and multiple aspect ratios. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially partnered with any AI model provider.

License & Access

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• •break any law or regulation, or infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
• •upload or generate content that is harmful, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, or that depicts a real person without their consent;
• •create deceptive deepfakes, impersonate others, or spread disinformation;
• •reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
• •resell or redistribute access to the Service without our permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

User Content & Ownership

You keep ownership of the images and content you upload. By using the Service, you grant us only the limited license needed to process your content and deliver your video (for example, sending it to the AI model you select and temporarily storing the result for download). Subject to these Terms and your compliance with them, you own the videos you generate, and they are cleared for personal and commercial use — including product ads, client work, and social campaigns. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any image you upload.

Intellectual Property

The Service itself — including our software, design, brand name, and logo — belongs to Image to Video AI and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our branding or software beyond using the Service as intended.

Payment & Subscription

Image to Video AI offers paid subscription plans (Basic, Pro, and Max) billed monthly or annually through our payment processor, Stripe. Plans operate on a credit system: each subscription includes a monthly credit allowance, and generating a video consumes credits based on the model, duration, and resolution you choose.

• •Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current period, and you keep access until then.
• •Refunds. Because access to the Service and its credits is delivered digitally and immediately, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. However, if a video generation fails on our end, the credits consumed for that generation are automatically refunded to your balance. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within a reasonable time and we will review it in good faith.
• •Price changes. We may change plan pricing; any change applies to your next billing cycle, not the current one.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". AI-generated output is inherently unpredictable — we do not guarantee that results will be accurate, fit for a particular purpose, or free of third-party rights. You use generated content at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Image to Video AI and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure for us or other users.

Governing Law & Changes

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the operator's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these Terms from time to time; when we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
