This Privacy Policy explains how Image to Video AI ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website at imagestovideoai.com. We keep this simple on purpose: we collect as little as possible, delete your uploads quickly, and never sell your data. Information We Collect

  • Account information. We use Google sign-in (OAuth). When you log in, we receive your email address and basic profile details from Google. We do not receive or store your Google password.
  • Content you upload. The images and text prompts you provide to generate a video. See "AI Content Processing" below for how briefly we keep these.
  • Payment information. If you subscribe, your card details are entered directly with our payment processor, Stripe. We receive confirmation of your subscription and plan — we never see or store your full card number.
  • Automatically collected data. Basic usage and device data (such as browser type, pages visited, and approximate region) collected through analytics tools to help us improve the service.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information only to run and improve the service:

  • create the videos you request;
  • operate your account and apply credits to your subscription;
  • process payments and manage billing;
  • respond to your messages and support requests;
  • keep the platform secure and comply with legal obligations.

Where the law requires a legal basis (for example under GDPR), we rely on performing our contract with you, your consent for optional analytics cookies, and our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and improving it.

AI Content Processing

This is the part that matters most for an image-to-video tool, so we state it plainly:

  • Your uploaded images and prompts are processed only to generate your video.
  • They are automatically deleted within one hour of processing.
  • Your content is never used to train AI models.
  • We do not perform human review of your uploads, except where required by law.
  • Each generation is session-isolated — your content is not mixed with or exposed to other users.

Third-Party Services

We share the minimum data needed with trusted providers:

  • AI model providers — your image and prompt are sent to the AI model you select solely to render your video.
  • Stripe — processes subscription payments. Stripe handles your card data directly under its own privacy terms; we do not touch your card number.
  • Google — provides sign-in (OAuth) authentication.
  • Cloud storage — generated videos are temporarily stored so you can download them.
  • Analytics — we use privacy-conscious analytics to understand aggregate usage. This data is not used to personally identify you.

Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to run the service, plus analytics cookies to measure aggregate usage. We do not use advertising cookies or sell your data for advertising. You can disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings without losing core functionality.

Data Security & Retention

We protect your data with HTTPS encryption in transit and access controls. We keep only what we need for as long as we need it: uploaded content is auto-deleted within one hour; account and billing records are kept while your account is active and as required for legal and accounting purposes; you can request deletion of your account at any time.

Your Rights

If you are in the EU/EEA or UK (GDPR), you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • correct inaccurate data;
  • request deletion of your data;
  • receive a portable copy of your data;
  • withdraw consent at any time;
  • lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

If you are a California resident (CCPA/CPRA), you have the right to:

  • know what personal information we collect and why;
  • request deletion of your personal information;
  • opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information — note that we do not sell your personal information.

Additional Information

  • Children's privacy. Image to Video AI is not intended for anyone under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
